Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting of the HTAV

When: Wednesday, 13 September 2017, 5.00 pm – 5.30 pm
Where: HTAV, Suite 209/134 Cambridge Street, Collingwood

There will be an Extraordinary General Meeting to consider and, if thought fit, to pass a special resolution to adopt the HTAV’s new constitution.

Officially, the special resolution will be: ‘That the Constitution tabled at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and initialled by the Chair of the EGM for the purposes of identification be adopted as the Constitution of the Company in place of the current Constitution, with effect from the close of the meeting.’

The EGM will take place at 5.00 pm on Wednesday, 13 September 2017 at the HTAV offices, Suite 209/134 Cambridge Street, Collingwood. Please come along – we won’t keep you long and you’ll be playing an important part in the HTAV’s evolution.

You can check out the proposed constitution and download a proxy form to nominate someone to vote on your behalf below. (Proxy forms have to be received by the HTAV 48 hours before the EGM commences.)

Please let us know if you are planning to come to the meeting by sending an RSVP to admin@htav.asn.au.

In order to make the most of your attendance at the EGM, we would really appreciate your participation in a brief focus group afterwards to hear your thoughts on the HTAV’s membership services and benefits.

We acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Australians and Traditional Custodians of the lands where we live, learn and work. The HTAV Office is located on the lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. These lands were never ceded. We pay our respect to their ancestors and Elders, past and present.

Please note: Members of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities should be aware that the HTAV website may include images or names of people now deceased.
