Pay It Forward Free Registration

Has your school said no to external professional learning this year? Would you be able to attend a fully subsidised HTAV event in 2026?

In a new collaboration, our 2026 Pay it Forward Sponsor WorldStrides will partner with HTAV to fully subsidise the professional learning registration costs of ONE teacher at the History Teaching Masterclass: Growing History Engagement and Enrolments in Your School.

Who should apply?

HTAV members who:

  • would not be able to attend otherwise, and
  • have not attended a HTAV event in the last two years.

Check with school leadership that you can attend, then complete and return the form by email to events@htav.asn.au.

The first eligible HTAV members to apply will be accepted.

HTAV requests that recipients ‘pay it forward’ by taking the learning back to their schools so that colleagues and students also benefit from this initiative.

.

How to apply

To nominate for a free registration, please send a completed application form to events@htav.asn.au.

We acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Australians and Traditional Custodians of the lands where we live, learn and work. The HTAV Office is located on the lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. These lands were never ceded. We pay our respect to their ancestors and Elders, past and present.

Please note: Members of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities should be aware that the HTAV website may include images or names of people now deceased.
