As our community unites to keep each other safe through COVID-19, HTAV have acted in accordance with the latest advice and recommendations relating to social distancing. As such, HTAV staff will be working from home as of Monday 23 March 2020.

Publications and Dispatch
Keep supporting us and ordering from our online shop. We’ll get your purchases to you, though there will be a slight delay in dispatch.
Our Collingwood office will be intermittently staffed and no order pick-ups will be available. We will continue to post orders. For any queries you will be able to contact us at all times via email on email@example.com.

UPDATE 04/08/2020 – Our primary parcel carrier, Australia Post, are reporting that they are 'experiencing significant delivery delays in our network due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and a substantial increase in parcel volumes as more people shop online'. We will continue to monitor our carrier lead times but please be aware that there may be additional delays with delivery depending on your location.
Primary contacts should make sure all staff are linked to their school memberships so that everyone gets updates and information. Simply visit the My Profile tab in the Member Centre.
