HTAV Primary Member Marcus Mulcahy Awarded a 2017 Churchill Fellowship

HTAV Primary Member Marcus Mulcahy has been awarded a 2017 Churchill Fellowship to study Maker Spaces in the US. Congratulations Marcus!

We are delighted to announce that HTAV member Marcus Mulcahy, a leading teacher from Carrum Primary School has been awarded a 2017 Churchill Fellowship.

As part of this award Marcus will be travelling to the United States to meet with leading innovators in ‘Maker Spaces’ at institutions including Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts and the Brightworks School in San Francisco.

Marcus has already shown himself to be an innovative primary educator, winning the HTAV Primary Teacher award in 2016 and the National History Challenge Teacher award in 2017. His class is a frequent tester school for HTAV consultancy materials.

We are very proud of Marcus and wish him well in his research.
