How to Register
.

HTAV members receive member prices when they are logged
into the HTAV website. Log in at the top of this page using your personal login details to ensure you receive member prices.

To attend the conference you must register online. Please choose from the following registration options:

  • REGISTER YOURSELF
  • REGISTER A GROUP
    Please use this option if you would like to register one or more other people from your institution. You may also register yourself at the same time if you wish.
  • FOR PRESENTERS ONLY - If you are a presenter at the conference, please DO NOT register online. Please download and complete the PDF presenter registration form located here. Return your form to HTAV by email to events@htav.asn.au or fax to 03 9419 4713.


Registrations close Friday 15 February 2019.


Steps for Group Registrations:

1. You must log in with your own unique HTAV username and password prior to registering for the conference. Click here to log in now. If an Institutional membership applies, the log in details must be linked to the membership to enable:

a. member pricing
b. invoicing your school for payment (purchase order number required)

2. Register Yourself as Group Manager.

3. Indicate if you wish to register yourself, only do this if you will also be attending the conference. Then click on ‘add group member’ to add people. All tabs must be completed including session preferences and payment, for each additional entry.

4. When all additional entries are completed, click 'save'. Return to the Group Manager details and complete the remaining tabs including payment. Your registration will update from ‘pending payment’ to ‘complete’ and you will instantly receive an initial confirmation email.

Note: If the prices are inconsistent with your perceived rate please contact the HTAV to ensure the people you are trying to register have been linked with the institutional membership.


Steps for Individual Registration:

1. You must log in with your own unique HTAV username and password prior to registering for the conference. Click here to log in now. If an Institutional membership applies, the log in details must be linked to the membership to enable:

a. member pricing
b. invoicing your school for payment (purchase order number required)

If you are not an HTAV member and want to pay by invoice, or you are having difficulties registering, please contact the HTAV on 03 9417 3422 or events@htav.asn.au.

Note: There is no part-day registration available. All participants charged for a full day, regardless of sessions attended. Places cannot be held; please seek approval from your school before registering.

2. Please nominate the workshops you wish to attend, as well as second and third preferences.

Note: While we will attempt to accommodate your first preferences for workshops, we cannot guarantee this will always be possible.

3. Upon successfully registering, you will receive an initial confirmation via email only. If you have not received this initial confirmation within 10 working days of registration, please contact the HTAV office. Closer to the event, you will receive a second email with information about conference logistics and your workshop registrations.

All cancellations must be received in writing and emailed to accounts@htav.asn.au prior to the conference and are subject to approval. No cancellation requests will be processed after the conference. All refunds approved by HTAV will be processed within 30 days from the conference date. Where a credit note has been generated, it must be used by the end of the calendar year.



HTAV may occasionally have to alter the program or workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, we endeavour to ensure that your second workshop preference is met. Notifications will be posted on the HTAV website: www.htav.asn.au.
HTAV will not accept liability for damage of any nature sustained by participants, or their accompanying persons, including for loss or damage to their personal property as a result of the conference or a related event.
