HTAV Events & Conferences Policy

All prices include GST and are subject to change without notice.

No bookings available. All registrations are made on a FIRM ORDER basis.

Registrations:

Only one attendee per form is accepted; additional forms can be photocopied, or printed from HTAV website.

A written registration form or online application must be submitted.

All confirmations are sent via e-mail only. When registering online, the confirmation is sent instantly, upon completion.

If you have not received your confirmation within 10 working days from submitting your registration, please contact HTAV.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, HTAV might occasionally cancel events or conference sessions. Notifications will be posted onto our website.

Only institutions that have already an account set up with HTAV, can request the payment option ‘on invoice’, and a Purchase Order Number MUST be provided. To access this option online, you must log in with details provided to you through membership.

Cancellations:

Event or Conference CANCELLATIONs must be received in writing, prior to conference day and are subject to approval. NO credit or refund is processed after this date. A cancellation FEE may apply.

Institutions MUST use all outstanding credit notes by end of current calendar year. After this date credit claims cannot be processed.

All refunds approved by HTAV will be processed within 30 days from date of conference.

On occasions, where it is not possible to provide advance notice of cancellation (e.g. sudden illness, a copy of doctor’s certificate should be provided, in order to obtain a refund or credit. Such requests are subject to approval of the Events Manager or Accounts Administrator.

Disclaimer of Liability:

HTAV reserves the right to amend fees or any part of the conference program or event, should it be necessary.

HTAV will not accept liability, for damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons, for loss or damages of their personal property, as a result of the conference or related event.
