There are two ways to register for the March Student Lectures:

1. REGISTER ONLINE

Individual Registration- CLICK HERE
• Students registering themselves: payment is by credit card only. DO NOT SELECT THE PURCHASE ORDER OPTION - AS YOUR REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
• Teachers registering themselves: you must log-in if you wish to pay by purchase order (if you do not have a username and password you will not be approved to pay by purchase order. Click here to sign up for a web account), otherwise payment is by credit card only

Group Registration- CLICK HERE
• The person registering should first complete their own contact details. All correspondence/tickets will be sent to the person registering the group.
• Click on 'add group member' to add further registrations. You will be required to enter an email address for each group member you add. If these are unknown, enter your own email address instead.
• Once group members are added, further details need to be completed. Once you have done this and are back in the group screen, click 'save' to see their registration update from 'incomplete' to 'pending payment'.
• Payment can not be processed until you have completed the information for each group member. This includes their contact details and workshop choices.
• Please note that the fee per stream is calculated by the address of the person registering.
• Teachers registering groups MUST log in if they wish to pay by purchase order (if you do not have a username and password you will not be approved to pay by purchase order. Click here to sign up for a web account), otherwise payment is by credit card only
• Teachers who register 10 or more students in the one transaction will receive free entry. If you have registered 10 or more students in the one transaction, please do not register yourself or you will be charged. We will send you a free ticket a week before the event.

The cost of attending the student lectures are:

Metro student: $45.00
Country student: $30.00
Teacher: $45.00
This cost is per stream and includes two lectures.

Country students are eligible for the discounted rate if their address is more than 50km from the Melbourne CBD. This is determined by an automated postcode lookup. The HTAV reserves the right to contact and further charge registrants if they feel an incorrect postcode has been entered.

Group registrations
The price will be calculated based on the postcode of the person registering.
If teachers have registered ten or more students from the same school, they receive free entry to student lectures. This will be sent to you automatically - please DO NOT add yourself as a group member or you will be charged.
Unfortunatly we cannot offer refunds for student lectures.
